Samuel Hardidge

Samuel Hardidge (They/He/She/Any) is a Melbourne based, non-binary/genderfluid contemporary artist and Arts Psychotherapist, their work invites an intimacy, honesty and mystery into humanity and the natural world.

Using the imagery of Australian natural landscapes and the human figure, Hardidge connects the wisdom and learning from natural processes with personal and universal human experiences and stories. Their emotive figures evoke their audience into an exploration of self, relationships, sexuality and spirituality.

Often accompanying their work with poetry, they encourages viewers to dwell with each artwork and find themselves within them.
